Professional Male. Seeking Double Room

Hi all :)

Professional male here. I’m employed by a global mobility/relocation firm. It’s a hybrid job, so I work twice a week in the office and then quietly work the rest of the week at home. Looking for a double room, preferably with a balcony or a place with a balcony/patio as I'm a light smoker. I only smoke outside of course.

I’m polite, neat, clean, responsible and considerate of others. When I'm not working, I'm either out in London or kick back with a film/show. Always happy to chill, chat or go out with housemates whenever it suits.
