Looking for a room in Burley or Headingley

Hi I'm Will, I’ve been living in Leeds city centre for the last few years. I'm looking to move up to Burley or Headingley in early February, as my current flatmate is moving to Australia.
Now for the generic bit, I like socialising and going out but I'm also happy just having a chill one, I like music, football, and I also do freelance videography and video editing in my spare time. I like my space to be clean and tidy, looking for likeminded housemates.
