Student looking for accommodation in Edinburgh

Hi there, I'm James! I'm a full-time master's student at Edinburgh studying history. My current tenancy in the city is coming to an end on May 24th, and I'm looking for accommodation in the city (ideally a room in a flatshare) for at least the next couple of months when I complete my master's degree, and ideally longer as I hope to find work in Edinburgh. I'm more than happy to live in a single room, provided there's a desk to work at. I'm also looking for accommodation with a full kitchen and a washing machine. In terms of rent, I'm looking for a place that's £630 per month or lower, bills not included.

A bit about me: I come from a rural Ayrshire village and completed my undergraduate degree in History at Cambridge University last year. I'm a quiet person but I never mind a good chat. I'm also very clean and wash up directly after every meal I make (and I cook meals about 3x a week) so you don't need to worry about me leaving the kitchen a mess - or, for that matter, the bathroom; and I'm more than happy to do my fair share of the chores every week. I'm happy to live with a broad variety of people - I'm very friendly and get along with most! While I value my alone time, I'm always up for a good chat, and happy to hang or go out with the people I'm living with, or organise stuff to do in the accommodation.
