Looking for a new place

👨About me: Originally from Bulgaria but have been living in Manchester for about 2 years now and looking to relocate, as my flatmate is moving out and landlord is putting up a massive rent increase. I work in an architecture firm in the city centre so something not too far away would be ideal (next to tram links is also fine).

I consider myself a friendly, outgoing & clean / tidy person with a lot of artistic interests and respect for people’s needs and personal space. I would like my privacy to be respected as well as I do like spending some time by myself but I’m also very sociable. Preferrably would live with someone who doesn't mind me inviting friends over from time to time for dinner or a stayover if they're visiting from somewhere far and of course I wouldn't mind as well. :) As I am part of the LGBTQ+ community, living with like-minded / open-minded individuals is important for me.
