Zone 1 is preferred (I've been eyeing Old Street/Angel) but I'm open to any location that’s well-connected. I'd like to stay under £1500, bills included, but willing to flex a little for the right place!

I'm a 30yo American working in analytics (hybrid but in-office 3 days/week). I'm an easy-going person who's social, but also appreciates down time. I'm always up for a good chat, meal, etc but I'm equally happy to do my own thing. I'm a non smoker with no pets and would prefer a flat of the same. I'm pretty big on cleaniness but also understand that life gets in the way. I'm ultimatley just looking for a relaxed, respectful flat with good vibes.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, fitness/gym, going out (or staying in) with friends, tennis, and honestly anything involving a good time with good company!
