Studio / flat or room to share

Iam a 53 year old man from NZ who has worked in the UK for 30 years, the last 3 in York. I am extremely tidy (I have been told to the point of obsessive 😂) respectful and well behaved, enjoy cooking and am qualified in wine. I have a 23 year old original VW Autosleeper campervan, love bike riding, walking and history. In full time employment with CITB who are part of Sopra Steria who supply online services for the Police and NHS so have a high level of security clearance which can be supplied along with any references required and guarantor if necessary.
