Looking for a room or buddy up!

Hi! I’m a 25-year-old Canadian and have been living in London for the past three years. I’m looking for a new place to call home, ideally in Islington, Cannonbury, De Beauvoir, or Angel. I’m hoping for an ensuite room, with a budget up to £1,400. I’m flexible with timing, but ideally looking to move March 15.

I’m clean, organised, and respectful, and I like my home to feel truly like a home. Because of that, I really value good communication and consideration in a shared flat. I work full-time with fairly regular hours and am in the office at least four days a week.

Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, cooking, long walks, going out for dinners, playing football, and travelling. I’m social in a low-key way but not super into partying (I’m too old!), and I also really appreciate having my own space.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone of a similar age who is clean, considerate, and also looking for a homey, well-kept flat. I’m hoping for a flatmate who wants to be friendly and sociable (up for dinner and Netflix or a drink at the pub), but also has their own life. Happy to chat or meet for a coffee to see if we’re a good fit 🙂
