31, Art Teacher in Peckham, looking for SE flat

Hi! I’m Paul, 31, and I’m a teacher in Peckham. I’m looking for a new place in Southeast London, ideally with people who are friendly, relaxed and up for the occasional chat or doing something together, but who are also happy doing their own thing.

I’m pretty clean and tidy, easy-going and considerate, and have a fairly busy life outside the flat. I’m at the gym regularly, love climbing and hiking, and I’m part of a community choir. I also go to poetry nights, exhibitions, gigs and the cinema, and spend a lot of my spare time reading, baking, cooking or working on various creative projects.

I’ve got a good group of friends in Southeast and feel really settled in the area, so I’m keen to stay local. I’m quite independent, but definitely enjoy being sociable and would be very happy living somewhere where flatmates might occasionally watch tv together, have a drink, or make the occasional plan on a weekend.

Home is also pretty important to me as somewhere to recoup and have some downtime, so I really value a flat that feels comfortable and relaxed.

I’m a big music fan, love being outdoors, and Halloween is my favourite holiday 🎃.
