Friendly Canadian looking for a home 🏡

Hello hello! I am a fun-loving friendly individual (and I mean it when I say friendly since I’m from Canada 🇨🇦) looking for a flat in Central London. I’m also employed so you don’t have to worry about my share of the rent ! Location - the more central the better - and walking distance to the tube is my main criteria. I just finished an MA in Economics and I’ll be working near Farringdon station so anything within a 25/30min commute is perfect 😍 If you’re a nice person (preferably also clean and tidy in common spaces) then we will get along!!

Some more about me in case you’re still reading !! I lived in Spain for a year so can speak a tad of Spanish 🤏 and in general I enjoy learning languages. I also play beach volleyball and used to be a tennis instructor, so I am always up for a friendly match 🎾 And I enjoy traveling, hoping to explore more of the UK while I’m here.
