Hey there, I already live in Leeds but want to move to a flat (or house share with no more than 2 rooms) with just one more flat mate. Need to move to be closer to the office at Leeds city centre. I really value mature, relatively QUIET flatmate that keeps the kitchen and shared spaces tidy always and cleans up after themselves expeditiously (and does not mind a roster arrangement for house chores).
