Professional 31 year old searching for quiet home

Hi,

I am a 31 year old professional, originally from Madrid, Spain.

I am currently looking for a new home for 6 or 12 month in Southville. Ideally, I would like to be in a house with a reduced number of people (ideally 1 or 2), who like to socialize but also enjoy their own time. I am respectful of other housemates & like to keep both my space and shared areas tidy.

A bit about me; I tend to spend most of the evenings either swimming, running, cycling, watching TV or making nice meals. I love watching football (avid Atletico de Madrid fan), NBA or F1 in my spare time. I tend to spend quite a few weekends a month down in Devon with my partner, and most of the summer away travelling or spending some time back home.

Would be keen to go for a coffee with anyone interested to get to know each other a bit better.
