I am 46 years old female who is looking for SELF-CONTAINED STUDIO ONLY, not for a double room but there is not that option on here what I am exactly looking for.. Please do not send me offers for double bedroom. I am available from 10 July 2026. I have no children, no pets and I do not like smoking. Please note that I am in receipt of benefits and I am not allowed to work, that is why I am looking for a new place to fit in LHA rates. I do not want to share my new home with anyone anymore because I had bad experience. If the rents would be £50-£70 higher than LHA, I will pay the difference.
