I’m out of London 5/7 days weekly

Hi! I’m looking for a place around Paddington station - within walking distance to Paddington station, as I have to travel early on mondays. I work out of London from Monday to Friday/Saturday and will be at the property only on weekends, from late Friday or Saturday to Sunday. That means you’ll see me only during weekends when I’m in London. On the Other days room will be locked and empty 🤠

About me:
- I work as a nuclear engineer in South West England
- Originally, I come from Croatia
- Very adaptable

Things I do or like:
- I like company, communicating with people, positive energy
- On weekends, I spend in a pub or traveling
- Cycle 100+ km routes if weekends are nice
- I love Christmas, the USA, good wines, challenges, motivation and positivity

Some things I don't do and I don't like:
- noise atmosphere in a house after 11/12 PM
- drugs, rave, excessive party, etc.
- nasty environment
- impoliteness, fake nicety, negativity, violence


I've the 'Right to rent' and looking to sign a contract, too.
