Looking for a clutter free, low drama chill pad :)

Psychotherapist, mental health mentor, receptionist and mindfulness coach seeks calm, light and restorative place to call home. I work 8-8 most weekends and am in the process of building my own business.
I'm an early bird and like peace and quiet at night.

Access to outside space, great internet and public transport links are essential.

I am a writer and meditator and do some work from home online. A quiet, private space is essential.

I am vegan, I don't expect to live with vegans, but I would appreciate consideration around this (with fridge space etc.,).

I am busy, independent and not necessarily looking to socialise lots at home. I have lots of friends and interests, my work is very people-based and I often love to just chill in my own company and to spend time outdoors.

I am kind, funny and honest, not anti-social, but home really needs to be somewhere I can just chill and unwind.

I am thoughtful and conscious in how I communicate with others and appreciate this in return.

I prefer soulful interactions to parties. I may have a friend or two over sometimes but I do most of my socialising away from home - it would be great if you were similar or if your socialising didn't impact me :)

I am neurodiverse and very noise/energy sensitive so somewhere spacious, uncluttered, clean and tidy would suit me best. I pull my weight with chores (and I don't leave my stuff lying around or pots in the sink!).

I would be really happy to offer care, pet-sitting, child-minding (DBS cleared) or dog walking services for reduced rent in the right situation.

I have lived in lots of different set ups and I am open to and experienced in living in unusual places! Former landlords can provide excellent references. Please get in touch if it sounds like we might be a good fit! Jen x
