Hi! I’m Andy, a working professional originally from Lancashire. For the past two years I've been living in a shared flat in Fulham, but I have to move as the landlord is selling the property. (I need to leave by 11 November.)
Ideally, I'd like to find a place in Zones 1 or 2 (I'd love to stay in or around Fulham if possible), but I'm open to other areas too as long as they're not too far out or unsafe. My budget is around £900 pcm, but I can be a little flexible for the right place.
I think I'm an easy person to live with - sociable but respectful of people's personal space, clean, and considerate. I enjoy football, music, comedy, and catching up with friends over a drink every now and then.
