Looking for a room or a buddy up

My name is Amy and I am a remote working researcher looking for a room to rent, or people wanting to buddy up. I lived in Hove a few years ago and would love to move back to the area.

I am looking for a double room which is big enough to work from home in, or a property that has space to accommodate this. I will be working from the London office one day a week, and occasionally travel for work, but I work from home most of the time. I would be more than happy to discuss a fair divide in bills because of this.

I would love to live in a friendly house with some people who would be happy to socialise occasionally - be it movie nights, cooking together, or to go out for a couple of drinks. I’m neat and tidy and respectful of others space and down time. In my spare time I like to play rugby and keep active, but also love to chill out.

I don’t have a fixed date to move, I am just putting an ad out there to see what happens. Ideally I would like to be moving in January, but am flexible.
