I am a masters student studying at the University of Derby, i have a partner and we currently do not have kids yet. we are in need of an ensuite or a studio apartment. My partner works full time and is mostly out of town so i will basically be the only person in the apartment. We dont mind sharing the kitchen and living room but sharing of restroom is a NO deal for me as i have had bad experiences so far. I love clean spaces and ensure to keep the house clean.
