Double Room or Buddy up in South East London

Hi, I want to buddy up with someone for a flat ideally somewhere around Surrey Quays/New Cross/Peckham/Bermondsey, Catford, Lewisham and Southwark boroughs in general etc., but I'm open to other places, as long as the connection to my workplace (White City) is reasonable (cca an hour max travel time). I'd love to find someone who is easy going, tidy and respectful to their flatmate. I mostly keep myself to myself, but I'm also up for a bit of socializing from time to time.
I work from home cca 3-4 days per week, mostly due to the distance to my office, but I'm quiet, so often you wouldn't even know about me.
I'd like to share with one person only but again, open to 3-4 bed also, if I find the right people and the right place (although a non negotiable would be multiple bathrooms in this case).
