Quiet but friendly looking for a home ASAP.

Hi! My name is Allison and I'm looking to move to the western side of Greater London, ideally in the sort of Ealing/Hounslow/Isleworth/Richmond sort of area, but really anywhere with a not-unreasonable commute to my job at Kew. I'm looking to move in as soon as possible. I don't smoke and would prefer to live with other non-smokers - I also don't drink but don't mind if you do as long as you're not weird about me not joining you. I'm quiet and tidy but do like to cook, so if your idea of a clean kitchen means nothing ever gets used but the microwave we probably won't get on! That said, I do always clean up after myself and keep everything in good repair, and generally like to share what I've baked with anyone who wants some. I'm not looking for a party pad, but I am trying to find a place to really live, not just a room to sleep in, so access to a living room or an eat-in area in the kitchen is preferred.
The nitty gritty: my visa will be up and I'll need to move back home by the end of the year, so I can't commit to longer than a nine-month tenancy. If you're okay with that, though, I'll make a great tenant or flatmate for those nine months!

Female flatmates preferred but a mix is okay as long as I'm not the only woman in a house full of men. Allergic to cats but okay with dogs. Budget is FIRM - please don't contact me about your lovely room that's "only" 1200 a month, I can't afford it!
