Looking for a double room/buddy up

I'm a PhD student looking looking to buddy up with another PhD/mature student. I'm social and would like for us to be friends (but I'm not a party animal). I'd like for the house to be a home, a place to decompress, occasionally watch movies over dinner and catch up when needed. I'm clean and absolutely love a therapeutic weekly clean. I also come with plants and I'm open to living with pets (I have none of my own sadly). Looking to move in mid August and would prefer Zone 1-2.
