Looking for a double room/buddy up

Hi! I'm a PhD student looking looking for a room, preferably a 2 bedroom. I'd like for the house to be a home, a place to decompress, occasionally watch movies over dinner and catch up when needed. I'm clean and absolutely love a therapeutic weekly clean. I also come with plants and I'm open to living with pets (I have none of my own sadly). Looking to move in mid August and would prefer Zone 1-2, but flexible depending on connectivity.
