I’m looking to rent from 9 November to 9 December. I’m a 23-year-old professional, and I’d like to rent the place for the month so that my dad can come down to visit as my current landlord is not comfortable with guests staying over. There will be two people staying (my dad and me). We are very respectful of shared spaces, tidy, and considerate of neighbours.
If this works for you, I’d be happy to come down for a viewing at your convenience and take it from there.
