NHS worker / tutor seeks room in quiet house/flat

Hi there - I'm Rohan.

Having retrained I work in mental health and wellbeing services for the NHS and as a college tutor. I'm passionate about supporting vulnerable people through my work and volunteering. I work on site at hospitals etc rather from home three days at least week. I am v lucky to be secure financially from a previous career and able to commit to longer leases depending on what you can offer.

I'm looking to live somewhere relatively quiet with nice people who are respectful of each other and the property. Happy to be part of a flatshare or lodging with landlord/family. I am looking in particular for a furnished decent sized double room, en-suite, strong broadband and if possible some outside space or green space nearby. I'm very dog friendly and if you have one that's great.

I am laid back and will always stop for a chat but primarily want to relax when I'm home. I have friends and family nearby in London and the south east so I am away some weekends visiting them. I treat wherever I live as my own - excellent reference available from current and previous landlords.
