Buddy up/share/room

I am looking either a buddy up/share with someone i can trust and get along with, or failing that somewhere for just me to rent. Somewhere for me to call home. I am a very clean, tidy male who likes to cook in my spare time.
I am a sociable person, however i do like my own space too(as i'm sure we all do). Having a one on one chat with someone you can trust and get to know is also a bonus. Preferably someone who is also clean and who likes to chill out have a chat/drink/films etc. Very happy go lucky guy. I love being by the sea. I love East Anglia and it's coastline along with it's towns and of course the City of Norwich. Great Yarmouth is a place i frequently go to. As long as you are easy to get along with and have a sense of humour, then thats all good.

I am a pet lover aswell and adore dogs, so if anyone out there has a dog then i am in my element. Cats too😊 hope to hear from people soon
