My name is Alex, I'm 34. This year I'm going for MA in ICMP. Their campuses are in this area, so I try to find some long-term room (a year, for now) not so far from here.
I'm working as freelance musician/sound-engineer for now, and will have other working projects when I solve my issue with accommodation. My university have few studios for working, so I think I'll be mostly here, and rarely home, actually.
I'm a non-smoking, rarely social-drinking person, who prefer quiet places and friendly environment. Sometimes a bit into cleaning, but I think it should be considered as some plus for tenant/neighbour.
