Graduate / Professional Looking for 1 Room

my name's angie (he/they). I'm a soon-to-be UEA graduate looking to make the move to London - new chapter, somewhere that's got everything and can really explore. I'm a creative, introverted person who is clean, tidy, and can cook well.

Looking mainly for a room in a shared house/flat up to £775/month, preferably some or all bills included, but can go up a little for the right place. My current contract ends 8th August 2026, so would prefer to move in early August, but contract starting in late July can also be negotiated.

No smoking is a deal-breaker. I'm chill with whatever personalities - shy, extroverted, bubbly, eccentric - and just because I've been at university for a while, a mix of men, women, enbies, LGBTQ+, international etc. would be preferred.

I tend to default to being rather quiet, unless we vibe and bring out my unfiltered, loud side! Looking forward to checking out some places soon! 🙏
