I am currently looking for a furnished one-bedroom flat, or alternatively a furnished two-bedroom flat to share with a clean, respectful professional, available from late June or 1st July.
I will be starting a dental nurse apprenticeship in February with the Leeds Dental Institute at Leeds University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust, and I have a stable income. I am a non-smoker and live a calm, professional lifestyle. Outside of work, I enjoy music, going to the gym, and playing tennis, and I value a comfortable, well-maintained home environment.
I am very tidy, clean, and organised. I take pride in keeping my living space well maintained — I clean up immediately after use, keep cutlery and shared areas tidy, and vacuum regularly. I am looking to live with someone who maintains a similar standard of cleanliness and mutual respect for shared spaces.
My budget is up to £850 per month with bills included, though I can stretch to £900 per month for the right furnished property. I am flexible on location within reasonable commuting distance to central Leeds, including Leeds city centre, Woodhouse, and Burley.
