Room Wanted Own bathroom – Clean & Friendly Tenant

Hi, I’m a full-time professional who works from home three days a week. I’m looking for a room with an en suite or a private bathroom in a clean, tidy home with just a few housemates.
I cook regularly (mostly meal prep) and always clean up after myself. Ideally, rent would include bills and Wi-Fi, but I’m open to discussion.

I’m looking for somewhere within easy bus or train distance to the city centre area, with access to a shared kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities (washer and dryer).
