Professional female requires house share E. Devon

Hi Householders! Thank you for looking at my profile.
I am searching for a fabulous double room in a clean and tidy home near Ottery, St Mary's, East Devon. I have an interview on 9th October, for the salaried position, of principal (site manager) osteopath.

House essentials are;- respectful, clean, quiet people and parking with fast broadband, safe bike storage, and efficient central heating.
I don't have pets.

Healthy eating and cooking are important to my lifestyle, and I demonstrate respect to others by cleaning up after myself.

I enjoy the usual downtime activities including listening to music, and watching movies or good food at home or out.

Cleanliness, respectfulness, and quietness are important, I am a non-smoker, I teach exercise too, and welcome nice landlords' pets (dogs or cats).

I respect others' quiet time and like to share with respectful professional folks. Weird fact - I am allergic to plug-ins and artificial perfumes like scented candles, strange but true!
