Room required

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent, from November 2024 ( I dont mind commuting long distances). I have a budget of around £800 per month but I'm open to higher/ lower offers. In terms of bills I'm impartial to bills included and not included. I'm also open to join or create a group looking for a house - I'm easy with alot of options. As a housemate I'm clean and organized, I'm sociable and dont mind going out or staying in; currently I'm a Computer Science student doing a placement in Manchester(I'd be happy to meet up for a coffee or view a place).
