Jazz composer looking for a new home

I’m a 28yo composer and performer based in Kensington, London. I work as a duty manager in pub. I started developing my own small business with music arrangement. I perform on big festivals and small venues. So I sing a lot. But my neighbours likes that (you can ask them, haha)

I like cinematography, cooking healthy food, and reading science studies, psychology, and music articles. I love pets, cats, dogs, and exotic ones.

I'm a calm, open-minded, and quiet person, in my free time I'm working with headphones on.

I really like comedy shows and I'm an accidental "vibe manager" and can motivate anyone).
I'm a responsible and clean person.
I really want to find a nice property for the at least next half of a year and you will find me as perfect tenant (ask my landlord)
