Professional, quiet and tidy, with cat.

Hello,

My name's Amy, I'm am 40 and have an indoor, very sleepy cat called Doughnut who is 15, and we're looking for a room in the Lancashire area.

I am a very quiet and bookish person and work from home in the library sector. I'm friendly, thoughtful and tidy and will chat a bit but I do like my own company and will respect your privacy too. I also work from home.

I'm a home-bird and will be in a lot, but again I will try my best not be in anyone's way!

I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2024 and currently live with my family but now my treatment is finished and I am (amazingly) stable, I want to transition back to my independent life and a house share seems like an affordable way to do that. I returned to my job. In Jan this yeear and I work from home 20 hours a week for the library association.

I just want to try and resurrect my normal independent life.

My cat, Doughnut, is also quiet and likes to sleep all day but is very friendly and likes to give headbutts when you see her.

I'm also interested in buddying up with ladies around my age if there's anyone in the area who is also looking for somewhere to live.
