Room wanted near RVI, Freeman Hospital's, NE1 8P

I am a professional male aged 63. I am looking for an ensuite single or double room, I am prepare to look at rooms which do not have an ensuite, however an ensuite room is my preference.
I am looking for a room local to the RVI and/or the Freeman Hospitals, ideally in the NE1 8PL area.
I am available to move in from 17 August.
My intention is to commence looking at rooms this week.
If there are any queries as to the reason why I am looking for accommodation so close to the commencement of my employment, this is due to the time period of on boarding that my employer had taken to get everything in place before I could start looking for accommodation.
With regards to other tenants within the property all I would ask for is respect towards each other.
