Looking for somewhere to live

Hey,
I've recently finished my masters degree in mathematics at the University of Edinburgh and I'm looking to stay and work here next year.

I am originally from east/central europe but I've lived in the UK for the last four years. I do not drink and consequently I'm not much of a party person, but I do like pubs nonetheless. I generally try to spend most of my free time reading and practicing music (piano, so not in the flat of course). Beside that I also spend a lot of my time walking in and around the city. I used to bake a lot of bread at one point, but the place I've lived in last year had an oven that was mostly uncooperative so I've fallen out of practice but hopefully I can pick it up again. I used to live in London and was an avid concertgoer, mostly in the experimental and improv scene (e. g. at Café OTO, Vortex) but there's not much of that in Edinburgh so these days I stay in most of the time.

I've lived in multiple flatshares prior and would prefer a mostly quiet flat, with considerate flatmates. I am quite fond of cats but not very keen on dogs, sorry. I don't really know what else to say, it's difficult to express who you are in a few words, anything I try to write ends up sounding either meaningless or insincere.
