I am new to the area.

I am new to the area, I am working so can pay. Got some possessions but not alot (TV, stereo etc) I'm a neat and tidy person, not shy of house chores. I'm a quiet person, i also work from home on the odd occasions so I do need access to broadband. I am struggling with house prices so that's why I'm looking for a room as I don't earn enough at the moment to buy a house. As i have a car i am open to the areas which are available for rooms.
