Single Female Looking For Flatshare

I am a single working professional from Canada, currently living in Leith, and am starting to look for new accommodation within Edinburgh (I’m open to most areas as long as it has good connects to the city center, as this is where I work).

I'd like a room in a shared accommodation flat, ideally no more than £700 total after bills, council tax, etc.

A bit about myself:
Hobbies of mine include going to the gym/yoga, reading, playing Switch, trying out new restaurants & cocktail bars, and very amateur photography (a huge benefit to your insta game). I love cozy nights in as much as I love dancing all night long. I'm a massive fan of live music and will likely try to drag you to concerts regularly. I’m hoping to find a house share situation with people who become friends that also enjoy exploring the city/countryside going hiking, travelling, etc.

I am a clean, quiet, and organized housemate. I love animals and would be more than happy to help feed/walk if you have any.

I’m extremely easy going, I enjoy socializing with flatmates but completely value privacy & personal time as well. I don't mind what flatmates schedules or routines may be.
I do generally work during most evenings until 1-2am and would need a flatmate that isn’t bothered by this.
