Have been working in Brighton for the past 8+ years, now looking for a place to live here.

Looking for a place with a pleasant environment and friendly people, but also value privacy and quiet spaces.

The ideal place would be long term, ensuite shower room (not a deal breaker), friendly housemates/flatmates, spacious double room, stable cabled internet access, washing machine with drying area, fair and balanced tenancy contract/agreement.
I would need enough space for a desk as my work occasionally requires that I work from home.

You'll have the benefit of having a qualified IT technician on-hand for any computer issues 😄
