Hey, I’m a Marketing student trying to find a home

Hey, I’m Yazmina, 23 - looking for a home no further than half an hour/40 mins from Liverpool Street or Moorgate :) My budget is £750/800 a month, please don’t message me if it is anymore than £800 with bills!!:) ideally the move in date would be around the 7th January but open to a week or two after. The place I’m looking for must be suitable for students, female only property is preferred, age range in the twenties preferred and must be a double room and lovely environment :) as well as LGBTQ friendly.
