Looking for a clean, friendly & respectful home

About me:
Full time professional PM. Work weekdays from home or cafe and on site weekends. Occasionally spend long periods abroad (remote) and have travelled 55 countries so far mostly whilst working over the last 10 years.
I am a friendly, laid back and easy going person. I am clean and tidy, respectful, organised, considerate, independent and responsible. quiet and focused during the week but sociable and fun during weekends. Always up for a coffee, deep chat, shared dinners, wine, brunch, yoga, doing sports, watching films/spending time with housemates.
Interests/hobbies:
Fitness, tennis, wellness/self care, fashion, photography, reading non fiction and listening to psychology, love and self development podcasts. I am a qualified PT and would love to live with people into yoga so I can get into that more too.

What I’m looking for:
LGBTQ+ friendly CD so I need a house share with people who are non judgmental and considerate of this. I’d like to share with up to 3 others max and create a pleasant vibe where we can be comfortable to share and be ourselves. I am respectful of personal space and boundaries so would expect the same in return. Having grown up in a femme household, I find it easier to live and vibe with ladies as they do tend to be more clean, tidy, bubbly, respectful and non judgemental. As a result of this I am also very clean and well house trained :)

Location wise I am flexible as long as it’s in a pleasant area with good transport links, a gym/health club and basic amenities within walking distance.
I’m free to move whenever (but ideally Nov) and would be open to short term or long if I find the right people/place but not in any rush.
