Young professional looking for friendly house

I'm a young professional looking to find a room to rent (preferably within the NG9 area). I’d consider myself friendly, responsible and down to earth who’s looking for people in a similar position. Cleanliness is important to me but I’m not overly obsessive either. I’m respectful of other people and find I get on best with others who are also relaxed.
