Looking for a home of busy yet sociable folks

Hi, I'm Anish. I'm looking for a room in a flat/house within 2-3 miles of South Ken (any direction), from 20 Jan onwards, for 6-12 months.

𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨:
Originally from India, I grew up all over Europe and returned to the UK to study physics at Imperial.

Since graduating, I've run a tech startup full-time. In my free time, I enjoy activities like running or hosting/exploring with friends.

I work long hours but still value being social both during and outside of them.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈'𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
It's important to me that I live with people around whom I feel relaxed; major plus if they also lead busy, disciplined lifestyles, so we can inspire each other.

In terms of the space, I only have a few constraints:
- A nice shared living room
- Preferably an outdoor area for BBQs in the summer

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈'𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡:
I'm usually at the office from 10-7, Mon-Sat. I work from home after 7 and on Sundays. When I'm not working, I'm always up for a chat in the living room. I'm easygoing and respectful of your time, so I will always clearly communicate to ensure we're both in "social mode" before starting to yap.

I enjoy hosting friends every few weeks, but these are tame gatherings that end early and hardly leave a mess (which I am always quick to clean). Goes without saying, but if we live together, you and your friends are more than welcome to join these.

On cleanliness, I'm about as clean as it gets without being obsessive, and would prefer living with someone with similar standards.
