Looking for single/Double Room from Sept/ Oct!

Hello, my name is Angus. I am a 26-year-old student in my final year of a Master's program at University College London (UCL). I am currently looking for a single or double room in the areas of Central London, but open up to other areas in London. as I aim for a location that allows a commuting time between 30 to 40 minutes to Central London. My desired tenancy length is at least six months, with the need for accommodation starting as soon as possible.

In terms of budget, I’m looking within the range of £1200-£1500 around london and am open to negotiating based on bills and utilities.

I'm currently a full-time job and Master student in UCL at the same time.

I consider myself tidy, sociable, and responsible, especially when it comes to matters related to the rental apartment. I am open to making new friends or roommates in London. Activities like hanging out, going to pubs, sharing food, or discovering good restaurants around the area are all welcomed. However, I am also perfectly fine with an easy-going, respectful, and responsible flatmate.

I hold a British National (Overseas) visa, which provides me with the legal right to reside in the UK for a tenancy of up to one year. I am proficient in English and Cantonese and have a intermediate understanding of Mandarin.
