I am a professional male aged 37 looking for a double room in Southampton or near a train station that goes to Southampton for work (no car)

I am available to move from mid September 2024 and have a budget of £800pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age but not students! (no offence)

Love watching films and TV, going out at the weekends for walks and gaming (in my own room). Not into partying anymore as I'm too old so just looking for somewhere quiet and chill to relax and with someone I can chat and have a laugh with while watching true crime documentaries and movies with a takeaway.

Work from home two days a week (if possible) these days are usually Monday and Friday. Tuesday-Thursday I go into the office in Southampton but can be altered to suit.

Have previously rented in the Southampton area both privately and through Rightmove so have references if required
