Searching for female buddy up or 1 bed apartment

I'm looking for a studio / one bedroom flat or a female only buddy to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom flat/house from mid/end of September. I am fairly flexible on the listed areas around Surrey and West London.

I work from home 3 times a week so someone working hybrid or in the office full time would work well.

I enjoy maintaining a clean house especially in areas like the kitchen and bathroom and would like to share with someone like-minded and in a similar age (35-40 preferred but not set in stone).

I like travelling, eating out, cooking, walks in the nature, exploring London, plants, live comedy and yoga.
