I am a young professional (biomedical scientist) who is looking to relocate by this month (September) as I have got a new job in Paddington. I have been living in house shares for years and so am a tidy and respectful tenant.
I'd like a double room, not too fussed about location as long as it's within 30 minutes of Paddington. I'm very laid-back, would love to find a home of young professionals. Please note I'd only be looking at £875+ if the location was quite close to Paddington (a bus ride away or one tube away- e. g. areas like Kilburn, White City etc)
