Looking for a flatmate to buddy up!

Hiya!
Im roxxanne , a 26 year-old professional female and I’ve just secured a graduate job in Edinburgh, starting early March. I’m currently looking to buddy up with somebody for a flat/ or if you have a flat share around city center (ish) - close to old town .
A bit about me: I’m very tidy, organised, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and always conscious of pulling my weight around the flat. I’m friendly, social, and laid-back, and I really enjoy doing things together — whether that’s going for a walk to a café, checking out a new coffee spot, doing a bar crawl, or heading out for a hike. I also love Pilates studio classes and generally keeping active.
That said, I’m equally respectful of everyone’s space and downtime. I’m always happy to share a glass of wine and have a good yap, but I’m also mindful of when people want their own time. I really value a calm, positive, and comfortable home environment where everyone feels at ease.
