Seeking Friendly Houseshare in North / East London

Hello, my name is technically Patrick but I've always gone by my middle name, Joe. Yes, it causes confusion!

I'm looking for a room in a friendly house share, but open to buddying up to create one too.

The best summary of my interests is that I'm a bit artsy, being a Fine Art graduate, and a bit computery.

I work as a freelance photo retoucher and Photoshop tutor, while doing some more creative art and technology projects in my spare time. I rent a workspace so I wouldn't usually be working at home.

Having some kind of common area / sitting room / dining room with a decent amount of space would be nice. Would be good to have somewhere to put my bike too. A TV is optional, but broadband is essential.

I clean my dishes after I cook, I pitch in with house admin and with keeping communal areas clean and tidy, and I'm fine with rotas if that's the system.

I keep any of my own partying out of the house and don't bring it home. I would like to be able to have friends over for meals or drinks occasionally though. I'm a non-smoker, and pescatarian, but I don't mind what others consume in the house!

My move in dates are flexible too.
