37 y/o professional female looking for room

Hi Everyone,

I'm a 37 year old film/events professional who is looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxed household.

I'd like to stay as close to £1000 as possible in terms of rent and bills, but would be willing to pay up to £1100-1200 for the right property.

I'm looking for a flat/ house with a decent sized double bedroom and would ideally like to share a bathroom with no more than one person. Any property with a balcony/ garden would be great, but not essential. I would ideally like to live somewhere near green space/ parks.

I've lived in lots of house shares and I'm a very clean and considerate housemate. I like to socialise with my housemates but also appreciate alone time and doing my own thing.

My hobbies and interests are mainly film, theatre and arts related.

My jobs requires me to be out the house a lot so I would only be working from home maybe 2 days a week (maximum).
