Laboratory Manager looking for a Room

Hello! I’m a professional Laboratory Manager working at an international reference laboratory for influenza. I’m full-time employed, financially stable, and looking for a clean, quiet room in a friendly shared home.

I’m responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I have a frugal/balanced lifestyle, enjoy cooking, and keep regular working hours. I’m sociable and easy-going but also value a calm home environment.

I’m ideally looking for a room in South West London or Surrey, with good transport links to Addlestone.
Budget: £800–£900 pcm (bills included preferred).
Move-in: Flexible.

I also keep two pet reptiles — a bearded dragon and a gargoyle gecko — both kept in secure vivariums. They are quiet, contained, odour-free, and have no impact on the property. I’m an experienced and responsible owner.
