Friendly queer looking for friendly house

Hiya! I am a queer, 42yo postgraduate student in fashion design with the sweetest small dog ever. At my age I have lived with a lot of different people and get along well with roommates and make friends easily. I do prefer a tidy house, and I can meet expectations for strictly tidy or a relaxed tidy. My dog Sonja is the most mellow, quiet and sweet dog you will ever meet - 11 years old, 7kgs, low-shed and good with cats. Past roommates say she is the easiest dog they’ve ever lived with :)

I would like to live on a quiet residential street, where it is peaceful to go on walks. Ideally it would also be within walking or cycling distance of a park. My uni is in East London but I really like North and NorthEast London. I am willing to commute a bit in order to live somewhere that I like. I prefer a double room but a single could work if there is a shared lounge.

While I am often super tired from my day/week, I also am naturally social and like to chat with roommates about how the day went or whatever comes up. Sometimes I like to cook extra and feed others. I like to pick flowers to put on the windowsill. Alternatively sometimes I really need down-time and alone time. I probably wouldn't ever be the person to initiate a house hangout, but would often enjoy participating. And honestly I would be fine in a house that was less social as well. Honestly, I am a very laid back housemate in general and can live well in a wide range of different types of set-ups and house vibes. Most importantly, I value direct and honest communication in the house and less drama is always better. Also I am gay and pretty feminine so of course I need to live somewhere I feel comfortable being myself. Lastly, I have a background in botany and can help you with the garden (!).
