Need a room to move in from 1st December

Hi, there. I am full time working professional currently living in Finnieston in a shared flat. I want to live outside the city centre(but very close to a rail station) or the Westend. I am looking for an ensuite room and most preferably a flat with double glazed windows and central heating. My budget is max £700 pcm including rent, bills and council tax. I am looking to move out of my current house on 1st of December.
